1. Can we have samples to check the quality?

A. If we have stock samples we can provide you 1-2pieces without sample charge, but you need be responsible for the freight cost.

B.If it is unavailable for the stock samples, we will charge some sample cost from you, but the sample cost will be refunded after you place order.

2. Can you do customized design?

Yes, we can do customer OEM items as we have strong R&D team to support

3. If we have OEM project, what kind of file should provide you?

3D design: SLD, IGS, STP

2D design: PDF, CDR, AI and JPG in high resolution

4. How many kinds of plating color we can choose?

Gold, silver, nickel, white bronze, Chrome, nickel brush, rose gold,

Gun Metal, matt gun metal.

5. How does your logo finished?

Silk screen or laser engraving or make on the mould.

6. What’s your sample time?

If we have mould but without stock samples, the sample time is about 7 days.

7. What’s your mass production lead time?

In normal 20-30 days upon deposit received

8. What’s your packing method?

Standard packaging: 1pc in poly bag, if you need box to pack, we can supply for you as we have long-term cooperation supplier to support.

9. What’s your payment term?

30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
